Rockefeller Group announced that Rose Hill – the firm’s luxury residential tower in the NoMad neighborhood in Manhattan – has commenced sales.

Currently under construction at 30 East 29th Street on a site that was once home to the 130-acre Rose Hill Farm estate, the tower will ultimately rise to 45-stories and over 600 ft.

The building will feature 123 condos starting from $1.195 million and ranging from studios to four-bedrooms.

Many will have private outdoor space, and a collection of penthouses will crown the top floors of the building.

With architecture and interior design by CetraRuddy, Rose Hill is clad in a bronze-tone façade, accented by intricate detailing that frames expansive windows.

Flex room homes have been designed for residents to customize their home and buyers will be able to utilize the space to their liking, whether it is for a story, nursery or library.

CORE is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the building, where amenities include a health and wellness club, pet salon, fitness center curated by HIIT studio, FHITTING ROOM, as well as professional grade squash court in partnership with SquashRX.

On the ground floor and programmed by Sid’s Bikes will be a bike room with in-house bike repair workshop.

The lobby level will house a bar dubbed The Blue Room, a Strand Books curated library, landscaped courtyard, and package and mail room with cold storage. Closings are estimated for fall 2020.
